When a candidate becomes employed by OTS, there is a process. There are several steps that have to be completed. Your Recruiter will take you through each step and let you know where you are in the process of onboarding. To get started, please fill out a candidate intake form.
OTS staff are trained in several different ways. At each client location, OTS employees are able to rely on the current expert staff as well as the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the specific facility. We also assist our on site candidates in receiving on the job training with the leading industry materials, that are sourced from entities such as the American Waterworks Association (AWWA), Federal EPA, local primacy organizations, industry technical training like Lock Out/ Tag Out (LOTO), and more.
OTS offers a 401 K benefit for corporate staff.
All OTS employees qualify for personal time off for medical leave after 520 of work hours to qualify for benefits
All qualifying personnel receive a yearly boot allowance when working for a client.
OTS offers dental benefits to our staff through Delta Dental. OTS pays for up to 50% of your dental benefits upon eligibility.
OTS offers vision insurance through VSP Vision. This plan is offered to our field staff as well as our corporate employees. Up to 50% of your vision benefits are paid for by OTS upon eligibility.
OTS provides weekly pay to all employees in a non-managerial role.
A Roth IRA uses after-tax money. You can't deduct contributions, but withdrawals are tax-free in retirement if you follow rules. Early withdrawal of earnings may face penalties, but you can take out contributions anytime tax and penalty-free.
