Phone Interview with OTS Recruiting staff within 24 to 72 hours of Online Employment Application submission.
You’ll be sent an OTS new hire and orientation package via DocuSign which needs to be filled out.
Once our paperwork has been received, the recruiting team will match you with multiple Temp, Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunities. You get to decide what opportunities make sense to you.
Onboarding
Once an assignment or opportunity has been chosen, you will be instructed to undergo a mandated pre-placement background check & drug test.
Once your background check & drug test results come back, the next step is a face to face interview or phone interview with the client.
Placement
If the client decided to hire you as a temp or temp to hire, you will receive placement documentation which includes timecard access, required PPE for assignments and payroll documentation.
Prior to being deployed on an assignment, all employees must speak to our Chief Medical Officer and undergo a series of screening questions per OSHA regulations.
Lastly, you can expect your pay check every Friday following the first week of work on your assignment.
Direct hire placements will immediately come on as direct employees of the utilities. All compensation negotiations will be handled by the OTS recruitment team to get the best offer possible.
